Having grown up in a law-enforcement family, safety has always been a hot topic and was at the forefront of many family discussions. Everyone wants to be safe - safety is truly a basic human need. I believe the word “No” is a complete sentence and I am passionate to help women discover how to never be afraid of speaking up - everyone deserves the right to be heard!
For the past decade, I have worked with countless women who know deep down that they need to take safety into their own hands; they just haven’t had the time and courage yet to do so. I love to show women that self-defense is not an all-or-nothing approach and it definitely does not have to be scary. My passion to educate others has led me to teach hundreds of safety classes to women all over the country.
